If you don’t own a bread machine you are definitely missing out! I am absolutely obsessed with mine. I mainly use it for the dough option, and I mix just about everything in it.
This pie crust is flakey and buttery. It is incredibly easy to make and takes less than 5 minutes to toss ingredients in the machine. I will never purchase a frozen pie crust again.
Bread Machine Pie Crust
Yields Two 9 Inch crusts
1/2 cup Ice Cold water
3/4 cup Cold butter
2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Add all ingredients as listed above into the bread machine pan and Use the Pasta dough cycle. Once the dough is finished wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough as needed
- Poke holes in crust with fork and pre bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
